Why you need a twitter account for your business?

If you are looking to grow your business using social media then, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc, are some of the best options, you should go with, however, there are many who are kind of sceptical when it comes to using twitter for the growth of their business, and the main reason behind is the limited word character. Nevertheless, regarding this topic, I’m gonna mention some of the top reasons as to why you should you use twitter to grow your business.

The way social media was 5 years ago, is very different than the way it is now, for example, Twitter was mostly used by Celebs, but now even brands like Dell, Lenovo, Apple, BMW Samsung, etc, have become quite active on Facebook and Twitter. People can even raise complaints, or ask questions directly to the Company via Twitter, which is just incredible.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could let your users know that you are bringing some new products, or you are bringing in some kind of update, without spending dime, now, if you take a look on some of the shopping sites active on twitter, then you must have seen just before some festive season, most of them will post or tweet about their upcoming sale. That’s something even you could do, you don’t really have to be a big brand like Amazon, eBay, Snapdeal, Flipkart, etc, and all you need is the correct audience.

If you want your products to get reviewed by some experts, then Twitter also gives you the freedom to do so by acting as a gateway for you to get in touch with the experts, not only this way your products will become more popular, but it will also help you in increasing your sales, however, this will only happen if and only if your product is good.

But to know what customers think about your competitors, and their products is truly a bliss, and that’s exactly what Twitter lets you do, using Twitter you can not only get to see, what your customers are talking about you and your products, in addition to that, you will also be able to keep an eye on your competitors and on their upcoming launches.

The free analytics from Twitter is quite similar to Google Analytics. And, for those, who are using Twitter ads. Using the ads dashboard, you will be able to check out the response your tweets has gotten. Furthermore, the dashboard also lets you check out the how many retweets, replies, and faves your tweets have gotten over the period.

At the beginning, you don’t really need to be a big brand, just open up an account and let people know about your brand and the product you are offering. Try to be more responsive, like mentioned earlier, people nowadays are using tweets to let companies know regarding any kind of inconvenience they have facing, so the similar  thing may happen with you, in such scenarios, try to response, and help them as soon as possible by solving the issue. In this way, not only your brand’s name will grow, but also it will also help your brand earn a good reputation.
